Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Java Frontend Developer
with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly
Angular , to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating legacy JSP-based applications to modern micro frontend architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable frontend applications.
Lead migration efforts from JSP to Angular-based architecture.
Build reusable components and libraries for enterprise-scale applications.
Implement micro frontend architecture and module federation.
Ensure high-quality code through testing, documentation, and best practices.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and DevOps.
Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence.
Identify and reduce technical debt in existing systems.
Ensure security best practices are integrated into development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
9+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale production applications.
Technical Skills
Frontend Development
Strong experience with
JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
3–4+ years of hands-on experience with
Angular
Experience with
state management libraries
(NgRx / Redux)
Knowledge of
micro frontend architecture
and
module federation
Experience with
Web Components
Testing & Build Tools
Experience with testing frameworks:
Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, or Cypress
Familiarity with build tools like
Webpack
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
UI Development
Strong knowledge of
HTML5, CSS3
Experience with
responsive design
Familiarity with
CSS preprocessors
(SASS / LESS)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Web performance optimization (lazy loading, reducing HTTP requests)
Understanding of
UI/UX principles
