Job Title: AI Analytics Insight Analyst
Location : Plano, TX (5x/ week onsite) - All days onsite, must be ready to come in office for in person interviews during any day between M-F as per customer requirements.
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $50 - $53/hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Note: Applicants must be willing to work on W2 only.
Role Description: Analytics Insight Analyst with AI Expertise
The Analytics Insight Analyst with AI Expertise is responsible for extracting actionable business insights by leveraging advanced analytics techniques and AI-powered tools. This role involves deep data analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to translate complex data into clear, impactful insights using AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive analysis of large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities using AI and machine learning tools.
Utilize AI-powered analytics platforms to enhance data exploration, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
Develop and validate models that support forecasting, customer segmentation, and behavior analysis.
Collaborate with business units to understand analytical needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Create clear, concise reports and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques to improve analytics capabilities.
Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and model accuracy.
Support automation of routine analytics tasks using AI to increase efficiency and scalability.
Maintain documentation of methodologies, models, and insights for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in analytics with strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data science tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, Azure ML, or similar).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Familiarity with big data platforms and databases (SQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
