We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Systems & Network Engineer to join one of our clients in Mesa, Arizona. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting a complex enterprise infrastructure across virtualization, networking, storage, security, and Microsoft cloud technologies. This individual will take full ownership of the environment, serve as a key escalation point for the Director, and play a critical role in mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving infrastructure improvements, stability, and modernization. This is a full-time onsite position working 4 - 10 hour days (Monday through Thursday) based in Mesa, Arizona. What You'll Work With: Enterprise virtualization: VMware and/or Hyper-V HPE storage platforms, including Simplivity Cisco ecosystem: Meraki, UCS, Wireless APs, and Cisco ISE Veeam Backup & Replication for enterprise data protection Microsoft technologies: SQL Server, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and SharePoint Online Active Directory administration, including Group Policy management and hygiene Security and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-171 (highly preferred) We focus on candidates that display our "ACE" factor Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
