Über
Perform workforce analytics using UKG data extracts and Excel
Analyze complex pay, time, and attendance scenarios
Reconcile large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail
Support compliance-related reporting and workforce insights
Deliver quick turnaround analysis in a short-term engagement
Interpret UKG data (extract and analyze, no configuration work)
Required Skills
Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable):
Pivot tables
Complex formulas
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Data reconciliation
Strong analytical mindset with experience in pay/time complexity
Hands-on experience with UKG (reporting and data extraction only)
Ability to ramp up quickly in fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and comfort with compliance-sensitive data
Preferred Skills
VBA or Excel automation experience
Experience with overtime compliance analysis
Exposure to rest break / labor law-based pay adjustments
Leave of Absence (LOA) experience (nice to have for future scope)
