Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through several forms of communication: inbound & outbound phone calls, text, email, etc.
• Recording customer information in CRM
• Build report and set appointments for service staff
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance of yourself and work areas
• Work with the team to accomplish goals and complete tasks.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Positive attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be reliable.
• Must submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
