Sales Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the process of selecting and purchasing luxury vehicles. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the perfect Cadillac that meets their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and benefits effectively.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac products, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with financing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to team success.

• Previous experience in automotive sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with the Rochester Hills market and surrounding communities is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• This is an in-person role with a luxury automotive dealership, requiring weekends and evenings to accommodate customer schedules.
