Real Estate Agent

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Stamford and surrounding Fairfield County areas. This role is ideal for agents who want to deliver high-value service and build a strong presence in both city and suburban markets.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time. Commission-based. Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• Market and list properties effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline.
• Develop expertise in Stamford neighborhoods and surrounding towns.
• Provide exceptional client service from start to finish.

What You Bring to the Market:

• Local knowledge of Stamford and Fairfield County.
• Ability to guide clients relocating from NYC and nearby areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professionalism and a client-first approach.
• Ability to navigate both urban and suburban property types.
• A proactive, business-building mindset.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• New and experienced agents welcome.

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split.
• No commission cap.
• No franchise fees.
