About the Company
We are a full-service provider of managed business security solutions, offering intrusion alarms, video surveillance, access control, and fire alarm systems. Our solutions are supported by advanced monitoring centers and a team of experienced professionals. We serve a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, financial services, property management, and specialized high-risk sectors, delivering tailored solutions that protect critical assets and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present Security-as-a-Service solutions
Perform needs assessments and recommend customized solutions based on client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams, including CAD/design, to develop professional proposals and system designs
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through close
Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and account activity within Salesforce CRM
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts
Develop and grow a defined sales territory through consistent outreach and engagement
Qualifications
Several years of B2B full-cycle sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
Willingness to develop territory through in-person client engagement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
Existing network within architecture, construction, property management, IT, structured cabling, insurance, facilities, or relocation services
Experience selling security systems or technical solutions
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
Competitive
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure:
$105K–$125K+ (uncapped commission)
