User provisioning (for elevated access) Integration monitoring and support (SFTP feeds, internal integrations)
Configuration of application managing Jira intake with Vendor Data Integrity checks
Nice to have skills
Dashboard creation and maintenance Manage technical documentation (requirements, processes, SOPs)
Quality Assurance support (test planning, script creation) Release Management (application updates and security patches
