Job Title: Analog Hardware Engineer
Location: North Reading, MA (100% onsite)
Duration: 10 month contract
Payrate: $80 to $95 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Design, debug, and verify precision DC measurement and sourcing hardware used in automated test equipment (ATE) for semiconductor characterization.
Develop low
noise analog front
ends, precision current/voltage sourcing circuits, protection and switching paths, and calibration architectures.
The role involves hands
on bench bring
up, root
cause analysis, signal
integrity debugging, and validating performance across temperature, load, and transient conditions.
Collaborate with cross
functional teams to ensure the instrument meets accuracy, stability, linearity, and reliability requirements for high
volume semiconductor test environments.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience in hardware validation, DV, or test engineering.
Strong hands
on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, SMUs, logic analyzers).
Solid understanding of analog/mixed
signal circuits, power delivery, or instrumentation hardware.
Experience writing test code (python, VBT, C#).
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem
solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience validating ATE instrumentation, power modules, or semiconductor test hardware.
Familiarity with PDN behavior, transient testing, and protection circuitry.
Experience with PCB rework, probing, and high
current/high
speed measurement techniques.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, or reliability testing.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar issue
tracking tools.
