We are seeking a
Guidewire Configuration Developer
with a strong focus on quality development in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of
Guidewire Configuration and Integration experience , ensuring seamless development and implementation.
Must Have:
Guidewire Implementation experience
with expertise in both Configuration and Integration.
Hands-on experience leading a team, including offshore/nearshore collaboration.
Experience in
developing new screens, product model validations, and business rules
within Guidewire.
APD knowledge is mandatory , as this will be screened first by the customer.
Cloud experience along with a strong foundation in Guidewire development.
Responsible for
teaching/coaching the team
and fostering a positive environment.
P&C Personal Property Insurance domain experience.
Accountable for team delivery , ensuring alignment with project goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business rules and workflow automation within Guidewire.
Ability to balance
Configuration and Integration expertise , ensuring a holistic development approach.
