a. A felony and misdemeanor criminal history record check will be conducted by the supplier for the supplier s personnel to be placed on assignment with Brokerage on all provided and developed residences, and education locations, to include international locations for all provided and developed names for a period of 7 years and/or within allowable limits of the applicable jurisdiction.
b. Supplier will conduct a criminality/negative media search for criminal record information when a criminal record check is not permissible.
c. If an alias is developed through a criminal record check, the vendor will pursue a criminal history records check under the alias for all repositories that are being checked in the report.
d. Global regulatory checks will be conducted by supplier utilizing commercially available databases and will include OFAC Blocked Persons, Interpol, World Bank, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Client, SEC, excluded parties, financial sanctions and state specific debarments.

"Verify last 7 years of employment history to include full-time, part-time, seasonal and internships for domestic and foreign positions, including dates of employment, last position held, and employment status (exclude verifying self-employment).
"Verify any periods of military service, to include type of discharge, if available.
"If a prior employer is no longer in business, the employment can be verified by obtaining W-2s, first and last payroll stubs and /or offer/termination letters from supplier s personnel.
"Verify professional licenses, to include status of license (active or inactive) and any disciplinary actions, such as suspension or revocation of license.

* ETA after Supplier Offer Acceptance: Target ETA for Pre-Onboarding is 15 Business days. Supplier takes 11 Business days to get entire BGC components completed. Post which, it depends on the Infosys Delivery Team on how soon they can map the PO and create Emp ID in ECMS. NOTE: Please note that this ETA may extend case by case as each BGC is different and multiple factors impact the ETAs.
