Key Responsibilities
Review and document existing
data assets across multiple source systems
Analyze and document current processes, including identifying
gaps and limitations
Perform
exploratory data analysis (EDA)
to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns
Create
data mapping artifacts
and define transformation rules
Collaborate with
data architects and business analysts
to align with reporting standards
Validate
data accuracy, integrity, and completeness
Identify and document
data quality issues and discrepancies
Provide
ad-hoc analysis, data profiling, and decision support
Translate complex data findings into
clear business insights for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS , or related field
5 7 years of experience
as a Data Analyst in the
P&C insurance industry
Strong understanding of
policy and claims management systems
Hands-on expertise in
SQL (mandatory)
Experience with
data analysis tools/languages
such as Python or R
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
data storytelling skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working in
Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
Sprachkenntnisse
