opportunity with a national Title and Escrow Company handling Timeshare Vacation Ownership properties.
The
Data Analyst
is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources.
Analyzing datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Creating Excel reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Interpreting data results and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Collaborating with teams (finance, operations, etc.).
Maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Using statistical techniques to solve business problems.
Required qualifications for the position include:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong critical thinking ability.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Experience in the Title and Escrow industry.
Experience with timeshare properties.
Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
