This role will focus on supporting a cloud-based platform used by internal teams to manage workflows, track activity, and improve operational visibility. Training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow their technical skillset.
Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day support for an internal CRM/platform system used by business teams • Assist with user setup, access requests, and basic system configuration • Update fields, forms, and layouts within the platform • Help troubleshoot system issues and respond to user requests • Maintain data accuracy and assist with data updates and clean-up • Build and update basic reports and dashboards • Work with internal teams to support process improvements and system updates • Document system changes and assist with testing new features
Qualifications • 0–2 years of experience in a technical support, data, or systems-related role • Exposure to CRM systems, databases, or business applications (Salesforce experience) • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Comfortable learning new systems and tools • Good communication skills and ability to support internal users • Interest in technology, systems, or data-focused roles
