About the Company
We are a leading provider of advanced fire and security solutions, delivering customized systems to high-profile clients across multiple industries. Our services include design, installation, testing, inspection, and 24/7 monitoring through UL-listed, FDNY-approved centers. We serve a diverse and prestigious client base including luxury retailers, hospitality groups, financial institutions, and high-risk industries, offering tailored solutions to protect critical assets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through networking, outreach, and market research
Conduct in-person client meetings to assess needs and develop tailored fire and security solutions
Present value-driven proposals leveraging advanced technology and in-house design capabilities
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through close
Maintain pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure successful project delivery
Build and maintain long-term relationships within assigned territory
Continuously expand network within key verticals and industries
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a major metro market (NYC or similar)
Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing new business
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a face-to-face, field-based sales environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and accountability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
Existing network in architecture, construction, property management, IT, or related industries
Experience selling fire alarm systems, security solutions, or technical products
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$75,000–$100,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure:
$115K–$140K+ (uncapped commission)
