Network Engineer
Network Engineer in operations role in factory environment, resolving P1/production issues during business and non- business hours (as required), resolving tickets/requests.
Supporting data center racking/stacking in on demand basis
Expert in Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls, wireless, exp in F5 Load balancers, IPsec/Zscaler VPN, strong troubleshooting skills with packet capture experience.
" Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
" Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:
o Security policies, NAT, routing
o VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access)
o Panorama management and threat prevention profiles
" Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
" Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
" Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
" Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
" Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)
Required Technical Skills
" Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity
" Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT
" Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting
" VPN: IPSec site-to-site, remote access, multi-vendor environments
" Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA
" Core Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast etc.
