Description
Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:
Work with DOH teams to modernize data cleaning and transformation processes using version control and collaborative repositories.
Design, build and maintain data ingestion pipelines in the Cloud
Partner with manager to make critical decisions about technology infrastructure and components.
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability in all DE projects.
Build automated tests and validation processes.
Guide development teams, mentor engineers, and provide technical direction throughout product life cycle.
Create high-level specifications and design documents for the team to follow.
Follow department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested.
Mandatory Qualification:
1. 84 months experience in Designing and implementing scalable cloud-based web applications using AWS.
2. 84 months experience with analysis of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.
3. 84 months experience with data processing and analysis using Python on Linux platform.
4. 72 months experience writing trasformations with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar ETL tool.
5. 72 months experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc) containing large amounts of data (greater than 10 million rows).
6. 72 months experience authoring a complete set of technical documentation
7. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
