Core Responsibilities
Design & Development:
Create high-quality ILT, VILT, blended, and digital learning solutions (eLearning, guides, job aids).
End-to-End Analysis:
Conduct needs analysis and translate objectives into engaging, accessible, and instructionally sound content.
Project Management:
Execute project plans, manage timelines independently, and collaborate with SMRs/business leaders.
LMS & Content Management:
Upload, maintain, and troubleshoot content within an LMS and SharePoint.
Innovation:
Implement AI software and animation tools to improve learning delivery.
Technical Qualifications (Screening Essentials)
Experience:
3+ years in Instructional Design.
Authoring Tools:
Expert proficiency in
Articulate 360
(Storyline/Rise) is required.
Multimedia:
Experience with
Adobe Creative Cloud , animation software, and narration tools.
AI Integration:
Knowledge of implementing AI software in ID workflows (highly desired).
LMS:
Strong proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
MS Office:
High proficiency in Client Office Suite.
Education & Preferred Skills
Degree:
Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or equivalent experience.
Domain Knowledge:
Experience in technical/industrial fields (Power Generation, Safety, Construction, or Compliance) is preferred.
Portfolio:
REQUIRED.
Must provide a sample (slide deck, storyboard, or module) and specify your role in its creation.
Behavioral Requirements
Strong relationship management and facilitation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, hybrid team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accessibility, and branding standards.
