Responsibilities:
Work with the Account Manager and Account Executives (Sales Executives)to ensure leads are evaluated according to qualification criteria. Follow procedures and guidelines to properly qualify, assign, and distribute incoming leads. Provide support to Account Executives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Calling on open leads to qualify if they are still interested. Stay up to date with new products and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board. Work within the internal CRM to ensure customer updates in the system. Maintain regular contact with prospective customers/leads/accounts. Learn the product to become a product expert. Learn the CRM system and become a CRM system expert. Experience Required:
3+ years' experience as a sales support specialist, customer service, or sales support associate Excellent customer service skills In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Expert data entry skills specializing in accuracy. Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Hands on experience with CRM systems Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and basic Office programs. Self-motivated individual, strong work ethic, optimistic disposition, team player. Typing speed between 60-70 wpm. Compensation: Hourly: $20-21/hr (Based on experience)
