Senior Solutions Architect
to support both new sales and account management teams in designing solutions, scoping projects, developing proposals, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the sales process. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and wants to play a major role in shaping the solutions we bring to market. We’ll Provide Competitive salary range of
$90,000 to $100,000 Robust benefits package including: Health insurance, Dental, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays Opportunities for continued growth and learning Great company culture supported by strong core values Direct exposure to leading vendors including Microsoft, Fortinet, Lenovo, and more What You’ll Do Create client proposals, statements of work, project scopes, and bills of materials Design practical, scalable IT solutions for small and mid-sized business clients Present technical recommendations in a client-friendly, business-focused manner Participate in sales calls, account strategy meetings, and planning sessions Coordinate with Engineering and Service Delivery leaders to ensure solutions are standardized, profitable, and executable Build relationships with vendors such as Microsoft, Fortinet, Lenovo, and distribution partners Manage deal registrations, pricing programs, certifications, and vendor opportunities Attend vendor and software trainings to become an internal subject matter expert on the solutions we sell Help improve recurring revenue opportunities, project quality, and overall solution consistency Skills You’ll Need Technical foundation in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cybersecurity, and virtualization Experience scoping technical projects, creating SOWs/BOMs, and developing proposals Ability to explain complex technology in a clear, easy-to-understand way Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Professional presence with the ability to communicate confidently with executive-level decision makers Ability to collaborate across internal teams and bring in additional expertise when needed MSP experience strongly preferred Commercial awareness around pricing, margin, and solution fit is a plus Why This Role Matters You’ll sit at the center of sales, engineering, vendors, and client strategy—helping ensure the right solutions are sold the right way.
