Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate group travel experiences such as family reunions, retreats, celebrations, and leisure trips

Assist with organizing accommodations, itineraries, and payment plans
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide exceptional service and support throughout the entire planning process
