No prior travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with coordinating customized travel plans based on their interests and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities using approved booking platforms
Evaluate options and secure reservations for clientsProvide helpful travel insights and accurate information throughout the planning process
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging tools
Manage itinerary updates, booking changes, and service-related requests
Maintain organized client profiles and reservation documentation
Participate in virtual meetings, training programs, and ongoing development opportunities
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-service mindset with solid organizational abilities
Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be 18 years of age or older
Legal authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
