* Internship/Residency/Fellowship: Completion of an accredited urology residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

Certifications: BLS & ACLS

Board Certification: Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology as recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the AOA Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists. Those board-eligible should have plans to achieve board certification at the next available opportunity. The DoD only recognizes certifications issued by boards that are members of the ABMS or the AOA Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists

Licensure:

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada.

Hours:

Clinic Days 0730-1630, Monday through Friday or Surgery Days 0700 - 1600 Monday through Friday if primary surgeon or assisting, to include a minimum of a 30-minute uncompensated lunch period.

Some on call required.
