Relentless drive to meet and exceed targets Ability to handle rejection and turn "no" into "yes" Sharp communication skills (German Level C2 required) Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change - startups are your thing Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus How You'll Grow
SDR Track: Junior SDR ? SDR ? Senior SDR After: Move into Account Executive (AE) or SDR Lead roles - choose your lane Alternatively: Potentially switch into other commercial roles after 4+ quarters as SDR What You Get
