Support Representative
Healthcare insurance agency specializing in employee benefits is seeking a part time or full time support representative to assist with client accounts. Duties Include: Correspond with clients and carriers Process enrollments/terminations with carriers Quote accounts and creating proposals Assist clients with claim and coverage questions Prepare new hire/open enrollment kits Assist in completing projects To be considered you must: Have a good work ethic Have good written and verbal communication skills Have good organizational skills with attention to detail Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Be able to work independently and multi-task Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment Work on-site The position is part-time to full time, on-site, with pay rate to be determined based upon skills and experience. Insurance industry experience, knowledge of medical insurance terminology and CRM systems experience preferred. Please include salary requirements with your resume.
