Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently as well as with others. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Ability to test, trouble shoot and resolve errors in operating systems. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access...) Basic knowledge of various operating systems. Basic knowledge of security protocols, best practices and common vulnerabilities. Minimum Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled or graduated within the last twelve months from an accredited college or university degree program. No experience required for this position.
