Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: Dublin City Working Model: Hybrid Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst to join our client, a growing and evolving business operating within the Insurance sector. This is a key strategic hire for the organisation and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a major role in shaping how data is captured, structured and utilised across the business. The successful candidate will work closely across Operations, Finance, Product and Technology, helping drive improvements across reporting, operational performance and business intelligence. The company is currently experiencing significant growth, with multiple new hires joining the business, and data is becoming increasingly central to both internal decision-making and external client reporting. This role offers the opportunity to come in, take ownership and help influence the future direction of the reporting and data function. The successful candidate will join a business where there is genuine scope to put your own stamp on processes, reporting structures and operational insights, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Your Role Support the development and improvement of the overall reporting and data capability across the business Work closely with operational teams to better structure and define business-critical data Support reporting across claims performance, lifecycle analysis, handler capacity, productivity and operational performance Improve data quality, consistency and reporting accuracy across multiple systems Design reporting-ready datasets and improve reporting frameworks Identify inefficiencies, reporting gaps and manual workarounds within current processes Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product and Technology Support external client and insurer reporting requirements Assist in developing richer operational insights and management information Mentor and support a junior Data Analyst within the team Contribute to broader strategic discussions around data structure, reporting capability and scalability Help drive a more data-led approach across the wider organisation Your Skills 5+ years' experience within a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role Strong SQL experience is essential Advanced Power BI and Excel capability Experience working with operational or business performance data Strong understanding of reporting structures, data governance and data quality Experience building reporting frameworks and structured datasets Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts would be advantageous Previous experience within Insurance, Claims, Financial Services or another operationally complex environment would be highly beneficial Should this position be of interest to you please call Tadhg at .
