Technical Support Representative , you'll be the
first line of defense , ensuring that
software, hardware, and network issues are resolved quickly and efficiently . You'll help keep our systems strong so that our teams can focus on
building the future. What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose and troubleshoot
software, hardware, and network issues. Provide remote technical support
via phone, email, and chat. Guide users through system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Work with internal teams
to escalte and resolve complex IT issues. Document technical issues and resolutions
to improve knowledge sharing. Identify and implement process improvements
to streamline support services. Ensure excellent customer service
by communicating solutions clearly and effectively. What We’re Looking For
We need a
tech-savvy, patient problem-solver
who loves
helping people and solving IT challenges . If you're organized, analytical, and thrive in a
fast-paced, remote work environment , this role is for you. Must-Haves:
2+ years of experience
in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field. Strong knowledge of
Windows, macOS, and common business applications
. Experience with
troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues. Excellent communication skills
ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work independently
and manage multiple support requests. Problem-solving mindset
with attention to detail and patience. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with
engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related software. Familiarity with
CRM and ticketing systems
like Zendesk or ServiceNow. Basic knowledge of
