We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
Listen to customers' needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
Accurately record and update customer information in the company database
Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
Follow company policies and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance
Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
