Growing California Law Firm is looking for an entry level or Jr level Attorney who can work remotely. It is a direct hire role which you can do remotely from anywhere in the State. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious entry level Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will work closely with our senior attorneys and provide legal support in various areas of the business. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements Assist with contract negotiations and provide legal advice to business teams Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations Handle legal correspondence and communicate with external parties Participate in meetings and provide legal guidance to senior attorneys Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in business operations Assist with any other legal matters as needed Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar and in good standing 0-3 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in a corporate or business environment Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of contract law and corporate law is preferred Familiarity with technology and innovation industry is a plus What we offer
