Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and self‑motivated Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team of healthcare professionals and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize company documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Arrange travel and accommodations for team members
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Assist with creating and editing presentations and documents
Coordinate and execute marketing and social media initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
