The Balsan Group is seeking a technically skilled Inside Sales Representative to provide expert guidance, support contractors, and help grow our business. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay + performance bonuses Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match PTO and paid holidays Career growth in a fast-growing, team-oriented company Key Responsibilities Provide technical sales support to contractors via phone, email, and walk-ins Recommend HVAC/R equipment, parts, and system components based on application and specs Assist with troubleshooting systems, cross-referencing parts, and identifying replacements Generate and manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups to close business Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery Stay current on manufacturers, product lines, and industry trends Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC/R experience (field, counter sales, or inside sales) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting Experience with equipment selection, parts lookup, and system applications Proven ability to work in a fast-paced inside sales environment Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with ERP/POS systems and basic computer applications Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Our Culture
