Our client a leader in their field is now seeking a Sales Account Manager to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing customers developing long term relationships, and generating additional business. Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships is essential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customers regular requirements. Develop market categories & specifically new industries. Log, track and maintain outbound activity via Salesforce. Update customer information in our CRM & ERP. Conduct customer visits throughout the UK to strengthen relationships and secure new business. Maintain market & competitor knowledge.
