Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Cruise Booking Agents. In this role, you will assist clients with selecting cruise itineraries, handling reservations, and ensuring every trip is smooth and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Book cruise vacations, including accommodations, excursions, and special packages Provide clients with accurate information on cruise lines, destinations, and travel requirements Manage itinerary changes, modifications, and cancellations as needed Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships Stay informed about current cruise promotions, travel trends, and policies
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a remote setting Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or booking services is a plus (not required) Passion for cruises and helping others plan memorable vacations
