Role This role will serve as a member of the video publishing team. The ideal candidate is proficient in video publishing and is responsible for managing the operational workflow of video content through our Content Management System (CMS). They ensure seamless distribution of our videos across all our digital platforms meeting the specific requirements of each video category.
Responsibilities
Publish all types of video categories including Set Highlights, Highlights, Press Conferences etc. which involves creating thumbnails, using a set style guide to craft titles, descriptions and tag videos appropriately across our digital platforms using the CMS.
Upload videos to Google OneBox through Vita, including grabbing the video url, formatting the URL with CID code, titling the video appropriately, selecting suitable thumbnail assets, and ensuring successful publishing.
Track video uploads using Google Sheets to track Google OneBox progress.
Experience / Skills
CMS fluency: Familiarity working within various Content Management Systems.
Ability to work virtually in a team environment and use communication channels such as Slack.
Optimization: Proficient in SEO best practices.
Live event production: Experience working within a multiple day, fast-paced, live event environment a must.
Multi-tasker.
Able to work assigned shifts, nights and weekends during the tournament
Fluency with video software editing platforms such as WSC, Minutely and Clipro is a plus
Tennis fluency is a plus
What We Offer Compensation This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $25.00.
