As a key member of our team, you will support various departments by handling data input tasks that drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Objectives
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Maintain data integrity by verifying and cross-checking information.
Support internal teams by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
Assist in generating reports and maintaining documentation as required.
Responsibilities
Enter data from various source documents into the company's database with high accuracy and speed.
Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
Assist with routine audits and data quality checks.
Respond promptly to data-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable with database systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
