Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA

Bloomfield Nursing Home & Rehab Center is seeking CNAs. Shifts include 12-hour days and nights with rates ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, including shift differentials. Weekend Warrior differential is an additional $4 on Saturdays and Sundays. Travelers are welcome and there is an opportunity to earn an extra 10% through our mod comp program.

Responsibilities: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
