Sales Intern Role Overview Join our team as a Sales Intern, supporting account management, new business development, and event-based product sampling. You'll also assist with urgent deliveries, point-of-sale execution, and special projects. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Mirroring LF TSMs to understand role & daily tasks/responsibilities. Working with CRs/Merchandisers on routes. Merchandising, ordering, display building, POG, and set integrity. Sales calls/business reviews with MUMs SMs and DMs with FM. Attending weekly manager meetings, huddles, and CR/Merch group meetings. Required Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Lean Six Sigma a plus. Visio or Dynamic Process Mapping a plus. Effective communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eager to learn and self motivated. Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings. Experience in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel. Proficiency in Canva, Social Media Platforms, or AI a plus. Compensation and Benefits $16-$21 an hour. Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
