We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions across compute, storage, networking, and security domains. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in AWS core services, serverless and microservices architectures, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. This role involves guiding architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and map solutions to AWS services and architectures
Provide technical leadership and communicate with stakeholders effectively
Conduct trade-off analysis and document architectural decisions
Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices
Translate business needs into scalable, secure cloud architectures
Produce clear documentation and technical presentations
Required Technical Skills
AWS Core Services:
EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, RDS (Aurora/MySQL/PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, Redshift, ElastiCache, Lambda, ECS, EKS, Fargate
Networking & Security:
VPC design, subnets, routing, NAT/IGW, VPC peering, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, IAM roles/policies, KMS, Secrets Manager, WAF, Shield
Monitoring & Operations:
CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, AWS Config; Multi-AZ/Region HA & DR, backup/restore, auto scaling, ALB/NLB, caching strategies
Architecture & Development:
Serverless, microservices, event-driven architectures, hybrid/multi-cloud, Well-Architected Framework, migration strategies (rehost/replatform/refactor), .NET Core Web API
