to support enterprise data governance initiatives for a large-scale client environment. This role is focused on
hands-on implementation and configuration of Collibra , working closely with data governance stakeholders, stewards, and platform teams to operationalize cataloging, stewardship, lineage, and policy workflows.
The ideal candidate brings
strong tool-level expertise in Collibra , experience working in enterprise data governance programs, and the ability to translate governance requirements into effective Collibra configurations.
Key Responsibilities Collibra Implementation & Configuration
Configure and support
Collibra Data Catalog
capabilities including data assets, domains, communities, and operating models.
Implement and manage
business glossaries , stewardship assignments, and certification workflows to establish trust in enterprise data assets.
Configure
Collibra workflows
(out-of-the-box and customized) to support governance, stewardship, and approval processes.
Support
metadata curation and enrichment , including linking technical metadata, business terms, policies, and processes.
Lineage, Classification & Governance Enablement
Support
technical and business lineage
use cases by enabling visibility across source-to-report data flows.
Assist with
data classification and tagging
(including sensitive data where applicable) in alignment with governance policies.
Support
policy linkage and governance controls
within Collibra to enable compliance and auditability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with data stewards, governance leads, and business stakeholders to capture governance requirements and translate them into Collibra configurations, and develop custom workflows if required.
Support onboarding and adoption by guiding users on how to Client, understand, and trust data using Collibra.
Communicate governance concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Platform Integration & Support
Support integration of Collibra with upstream and downstream systems (data platforms, BI tools, metadata scanners, APIs).
Assist with ongoing platform usage, operational support, and continuous improvement of Collibra configurations.
Partner with platform and architecture teams as needed (deployment and infrastructure are not primary responsibilities).
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Collibra
as a data governance and data catalog platform.
Practical experience working with:
Business glossaries and stewardship models
Data cataloging and asset certification
Governance workflows
Metadata and lineage concepts
Experience supporting
enterprise-scale data governance programs .
Familiarity with adjacent governance or catalog tools (e.g., Alation) is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
enterprise data catalog capabilities , including:
Asset discovery and certification
Business and technical lineage
Policy and governance enablement
Role-based access and stewardship models
Working knowledge of SQL and general data platform concepts.
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ability to learn and adapt within a complex enterprise environment.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
($70 - 75/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
