Role Description This is a remote, contract role for an AI Operations Generalist. The AI Operations Generalist will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of AI solutions, assisting with project coordination, conducting research, and providing operational support across AI initiatives. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing workflows, reporting on key performance metrics, and contributing to the strategic alignment of AI practices within the client organizations.
Qualifications
Experience in project coordination, workflow optimization, and operational support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency in research and reporting; ability to synthesize technical findings into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Experience in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in AI, business operations, or a relevant sector.
