POSITION
– Electrical BIM Specialist
Arcadis is an industry leader in sustainable design and engineering solutions. We are seeking an Electrical BIM Specialist to join our American Engineering and Design Team focused on growing our BIM talent across North America.
Role Accountabilities
Plan and allocate assigned project work to ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilization.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the integrity of the overall design and communicate process, changes, and issue resolution to project stakeholders.
Assist the Arcadis BIM and Electrical department leads in creating Revit Electrical content and developing BIM workflows.
Support Electrical team members by troubleshooting issues, creating Electrical Revit families, setting up discipline‑specific BIM training, and attending daily MEP meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a BIM environment and related applications.
Experience defining BIM outcomes and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for electrical projects.
Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and ability to provide technical support.
Proficient with Revit, Autodesk BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management, IT, or equivalent work experience.
Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $75,000 – $120,947 (actual salaries vary by experience, education, and location). Ten paid holidays and 15 days paid time off accrue annually.
