This position is for a Manager, Business Delivery Quality.

Key Responsibilities
Leads all activities relating to business transformation through the strategic application of people, processes and technology.
Leads the team responsible for business process management and consultation, acting as the primary internal business product and process consultant.
Runs activities related to consultation regarding business process analysis/design, organizational analysis, needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis.
Leads team responsible for identifying the critical elements of a business process that need improvement and defining criteria for performance success.
Provides significant contribution in executing business‑unit level change.
Oversees the training of customers on business, technological, societal and environmental trends to support strategies for improving business performance.
Leads staff responsible for strategic projects involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, and workflow needs associated with business systems.
Leads the development of business cases, including gaining senior management input, to accomplish business objectives and mitigate business risks associated with the current operating model and desired target state.
Manages associates, including performance management, salary planning, training and development, workflow planning, hiring and disciplinary actions.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships Reports to Director/Associate Vice President; manages a team of six to ten direct reports.
Typical Skills & Experience Education.
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information, business, mathematics or related field preferred. Graduate studies preferred.
Experience.
Eight or more years of dynamic experience in planning, designing and implementing company‑wide business transformation initiatives. Extensive experience in functional, process, information and data modeling, data management and warehousing, and applications integration. In‑depth experience with process redesign methods and tools. Three years of people‑management experience. Project management experience preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities & Skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of standards, methodologies and frameworks for business process management and technology. Sound knowledge of a wide variety of tools, concepts and techniques of business process modeling, analysis and design. Expert knowledge of emerging industry, competitor, customer demography, regulatory and market trends. Understanding of new technologies and developments. Proven knowledge of the system development life cycle. Extensive knowledge of project management concepts and techniques. Detailed knowledge of facilitation, performance management, organizational design and change management. Ability to lead large, sophisticated projects. Strong communication skills, influence, innovative approaches and ability to deal with ambiguity.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences, may take precedence.
Job Conditions Overtime Eligibility: Exempt (Not eligible).
Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Extended work hours may be required based on workload. Occasional travel may be required.
