Nexroll Payroll is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. We are an emerging leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space with clients throughout the US. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll, customer service, data entry, and excel. Job Responsibilities:
Support clients to ensure payrolls are processed timely and accurately Answer questions regarding ongoing use of the product Troubleshoot and solve problems with resources and guidance available Assist and coordinate client trainings Engage clients and improve adoption and full use of the software and solutions Actively listen to improve processes and overall experience and relationship Become a trusted partner and an extension of our client’s business Required Skills:
Customer Service Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability Caring, patient and empathetic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Nice-to-have Skills:
Knowledge of additional payroll software systems Preferred experience with the iSolved platform Previous experience in a similar role Job Terms:
Full-time Pay - Salary range $45,000-$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience If you are interested in a part-time opportunity please let us know during your initial interview process This is a remote role for candidates based outside of Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
