We are currently inviting applications for a Customer Experience Consultant opportunity within our expanding remote team. In this role, you'll help guide clients through the trip preparation process by assisting with planning steps, sharing helpful updates, and ensuring their experience remains organized from initial request through confirmation. This flexible remote position is especially appealing to individuals who enjoy working with people, keeping details on track, and contributing to positive service interactions while building valuable coordination experience. Structured onboarding and continued learning support are available to help you get started successfully. Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timing needs, and planning priorities Help coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities Provide timely updates regarding reservation progress Assist with reviewing package and destination options using approved partner platforms Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging channels Maintain organized digital notes related to client planning activity Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities Benefits
