Traveling Occupational Health Technician Team
— We hire couples or partners only. This role involves traveling within the continental USA to provide occupational health screenings at various industrial locations. Compensation and benefits at a glance: Generous flat rate per diem = $240 per day or up to $81,000 annually Hotel reimbursement for standard rooms over $110/night (you won’t pay more than $110) Sign-on bonus for new driving teams: $5,000 per team with a 12-month agreement Company provides vehicles, equipment, and fuel and covers all travel expenses 2 weeks back-to-back vacation each summer for full-time 12-month agreements, plus a bonus week after Christmas with a 2nd-year agreement Seasonal schedules available: 9 months on/3 months off (with prorated benefits) or 3 months on/1 month off (after certification, training and meeting qualifications) 6 weeks paid training with per diem Life on the road – 100% travel within regions in the continental USA Responsibilities
HCI is a national provider of occupational health services to corporations across the United States. We deliver audiometric and respiratory screening services via our field technicians and fleet of mobile units. We are looking for couples or partners who can traveling together to provide health screenings at various industrial locations across the USA. Responsibilities include: Lead and participate in health screening activities at client sites as part of a traveling team Operate and maintain mobile screening equipment and vehicles Coordinate schedules with clients and team members to ensure timely service delivery Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards Qualifications
Must be willing and able to travel 100%, including weekends 340+ days on the road per year for full-time; 270+ days for the 9-month seasonal or 3/1 quarterly agreement Both team members must be competent in basic technical skills (computer skills, internet, email, etc.) Physically fit — highly physical role requiring lifting heavy equipment (30–60 lbs), loading/unloading, climbing, bending, standing, and long periods of standing Professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision Clean driving records and ability to pass background checks Approximately 6 weeks of training and certification (paid) Must be a U.S. citizen Per diem requires personal credit cards with sufficient balance for lodging; per diem is deposited weekly and paid in arrears after the first week HCI provides
