Position: Licence Clerk Job Type: (Remote) Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licence Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and expertise. The Licence Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing and maintaining all necessary licences and permits. Key Responsibilities:
Process and renew all necessary licences and permits for the company, including real estate licences, business licences, and any other relevant permits Maintain accurate records of all licences and permits, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with local and state regulations Communicate with government agencies and other relevant parties to obtain and update necessary licences and permits Monitor and track deadlines for licence and permit renewals, ensuring timely submission and avoiding any lapses Assist with the preparation of licence and permit applications, including gathering all necessary documentation and information Collaborate with other departments to ensure all necessary licences and permits are obtained for specific projects or initiatives Stay up-to-date on any changes to licensing requirements and regulations, communicating any updates to the appropriate parties Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Provide support to other administrative tasks and projects as needed Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management Knowledge of local and state licensing requirements and regulations is preferred Able to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
