We are looking for a Remote Scheduling & Reservations Assistant to help coordinate bookings, manage scheduling requests, and support clients through the planning and reservation process. In this role, you will assist with organizing timelines, confirming availability, and ensuring all details are properly documented and communicated. You will help create seamless experiences by handling the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps everything running smoothly. This position offers a flexible remote structure with access to training and mentorship. It is well-suited for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. No prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling and reservation coordination Communicate with clients regarding availability, confirmations, and updates Organize booking details and maintain accurate records Research options to meet client needs and preferences Ensure all details are complete and properly documented Provide ongoing support before and after reservations Qualifications
