WhatYou’llDo
Support planning and execution of marketing events and sponsorships across regions.
Coordinatelogistics, track deliverables, andassistwith asset creation (landing pages, waivers, flyers).
Prepare monthly reporting on event performance, budgets, and outcomes.
Partner with internal teams to support successful new clinic openings and relocations.
Maintain and update business listings across platforms like Google, Yelp, andZocDoc.
Monitor and respond to patient reviews, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
Conduct regular audits tomaintainaccuracy across marketing databases and systems.
Update andmaintainmarketing collateral to ensure brand consistency across locations.
Collaborate cross-functionally withmarketing, sales, operations, and clinical teams.
What You Bring
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive, team-first mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Experience with review platforms (e.g., Google Reviews,ZocDoc, Press Ganey).
Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations.
